產(chǎn)品自行開發(fā)能力：凱富勤是研制硅油耦合器風(fēng)扇等發(fā)動機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)部件的專業(yè)化公司，開發(fā)設(shè)計設(shè)備齊全，有獨(dú)立的設(shè)計開發(fā)團(tuán)隊，良好的技術(shù)資料儲備。能做到安全、精確、準(zhǔn)時交付合格的產(chǎn)品，與知名模具制造公司和設(shè)備精良的合作伙伴保持長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系，與南昌大學(xué)汽車工程學(xué)院、東風(fēng)日產(chǎn)、江鈴、江淮等聯(lián)合開發(fā)新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品，共享開發(fā)成果，獲行多項專利。開發(fā)制造的產(chǎn)品，可在60-90天內(nèi)完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計標(biāo)定、FMEA、DV、APQP、PPAP、MSA等開發(fā)全過程，具備較為完整的檢驗試驗設(shè)備和全面的質(zhì)量管控能力。引進(jìn)ABB電子提供的風(fēng)扇風(fēng)洞測試設(shè)備，擁有硅油耦合器性能檢測，水泵綜合性能試驗、耐久試驗檢測等數(shù)十臺試驗設(shè)備。

Products developed ability: Kaifuqin specializes in the research and development of engine cooling system components such as silicone oil coupler and fan, with complete development and design equipment, independent design and development team and good technical data reserve. Be able to deliver qualified products safely, accurately and on time, maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with well-known mould manufacturing companies and well-equipped partners, jointly develop new technology products with Automotive Engineering College of Nanchang University, Dongfeng Nissan, Jiangling, Jianghuai, etc., share development results and obtain a number of patents. The developed and manufactured products can complete the whole development process of product design calibration, FMEA, DV, APQP, PPAP and MSA within 60-90 days, and have relatively complete inspection and test equipment and comprehensive quality control capabilities. It has introduced the fan wind tunnel test equipment provided by ABB Electronics, and has dozens of test equipment such as silicone oil coupler performance test, water pump comprehensive performance test and durability test.

我們和東風(fēng)集團(tuán)，DF東風(fēng)股份輕型發(fā)動機(jī)廠，JMCG江鈴集團(tuán)，慶鈴集團(tuán)、康明斯動力、五十鈴（中國）發(fā)動機(jī)公司有OEM配套合同。批量裝配國內(nèi)多家整車廠和發(fā)動機(jī)公司。

It has extensive experience in technical exchanges and processing cooperation with domestic and foreign enterprises.

We have OEM supporting contracts with Dongfeng Group, DF Dongfeng Light Engine Factory, JMCG Jiangling Group, Qingling Group, Cummins Power and Isuzu (China) Engine Company. It is assembled in batches by many domestic automobile factories and engine companies.

產(chǎn)能和設(shè)備使用率及新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計劃

目前的OEE>80%，兩年內(nèi)將持續(xù)開發(fā)汽車硅油耦合器風(fēng)扇和冷卻水泵等20種以上。

工廠地處南昌市小蘭經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，交通便利，有完整的物流管理體系，各種運(yùn)輸工具和配套設(shè)施齊全，可提供全天候服務(wù)，對于較遠(yuǎn)顧客，公司將建立物流中轉(zhuǎn)庫進(jìn)行管理，以滿足顧客的合理需求。

Transportation status

The factory is located in Nanchang Xiaolan Economic and Technological Development Zone, with convenient transportation, complete logistics management system, complete means of transportation and supporting facilities, and can provide all-weather services. For distant customers, the company will establish a logistics transfer warehouse for management to meet the reasonable needs of customers.
